Registration options include an in-person 5K with medal, a Virtual 5K, and a GingerSnap Supporter option. Youth 12 and under receive a discounted price of $25 for the 5K with medal and the virtual option; the discount is applied automatically at checkout. Shirt guarantee date is October 30, 2025. Registration fees are nonrefundable; entries are transferable for a $5.00 fee. Registration notes state management may cancel or modify the event and that fees are not refundable in the event of cancellation due to "Acts of God."

Awards: overall top 3 males and top 3 females by gun time; top male and female masters by gun time; age group awards (net time) for top 2 males and top 2 females in categories 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 & over.
