Grand Slamrock

The Grand Slamrock is an annual running event held in Fredericksburg, Virginia, featuring a USATF certified, fast, and flat 5K course that finishes inside the stadium on the field. The event includes three races: the Grand Slamrock 5K for ages 6 and up, the Strike It Lucky 1 Mile for ages 4 to 12, and the Leprechaun Chase 1/2 Mile for ages 1 to 6. Participants enjoy custom finisher medals, race t-shirts, and awards, with top finishers earning the chance to throw out the first pitch at a FredNats baseball game.
