The OhioHealth Grandview Yard Half & Quarter Marathon is a road race event held in Grandview Yard, Grandview Heights, Ohio. The 2026 edition takes place on August 23, 2026, and benefits the Upper Arlington Foundation. Races start and finish at Ray E. DeGraw Park and the courses travel through Grandview Heights, Marble Cliff, Upper Arlington and The Ohio State University.

The half marathon course is open and fully supported for 3 hours, 45 minutes. Participants not on pace to finish within that time by 8.9 miles will be re-routed to an 11-mile course; re-routed participants receive an official finisher's medal. The event includes a finish line celebration and a Diamond Cellar VIP Experience option.
What participants receive includes an event short sleeve shirt, an official finisher's medal, an official race bib, and race photos. Post-race items listed for participants include pizza, beverages, bagels, and samples from various food partners. The Diamond Cellar offers free medal engraving at its Sawmill Road location after the race. The event has a no refund policy; bib transfers are allowed for a fee. Strollers are allowed.
