Event details and logistics
The course starts and finishes at Oconomowoc High School and is described as mostly flat with minimal elevation change. There will be one on-course aid station; 5K participants pass it twice and 10K participants pass it four times. The race is chip timed by Silver Circle Sports Events, LLC with a chip start. Parking is available on-site; the organizer expects over 2,000 participants.
T-shirts are guaranteed for registrations completed by Friday, November 14; additional shirts are available while supplies last. The Kiddo's 1K entry is $5 and all proceeds go to the Oconomowoc Christmas Lights Fund; all participating children receive a finisher medal. All participants receive a Ridgeway Woodworks Finisher Woodle and age-group awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in five-year age groups. Refunds are not permitted; the event may be delayed or canceled for severe weather with no refunds. Volunteers are needed, and volunteers may run a future race at no charge.
