The Haunted race takes place on October 18, 2025, at Ben Geren Regional Park in Fort Smith, AR (7200 Zero St, Fort Smith, AR 72903). Distances offered are:
- 1 Mile
- 5K
- 10K
- 15K
- Half Marathon
All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before each race and closes 10 minutes before it begins. Use the parking lot across from the playground. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Courses and awards
All courses are out-and-back. The 1 Mile, 5K, 10K, 15K, and Half Marathon each use designated out-and-back routes. The 5K repeats its out-and-back twice, the 10K four times, the 15K six times, and the Half Marathon six times. All finishers receive a themed finisher medal. Costumes are encouraged but not required; a group photo is taken at the beginning of each race and a best-costume award is given then. The race earns points toward the US Road Running Race Series.
