Event overview
The Medal Madness race takes place on March 21, 2026, at Ben Geren Regional Park in Fort Smith, AR (7200 Zero St, 72903). The event includes three distance options:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. All finishers receive a themed finisher medal. The race earns points toward the US Road Running Race Series.
Course and logistics
All courses are out-and-back routes. The 5K follows a single course two times, the 10K follows the same course four times, and the Half Marathon follows that course six times. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes. Parking is available in the lot across from the playground. A Best Costume Award is given and will be mailed after the race.
