Event overview
The Pirate 5K, 10K, & Half Marathon takes place on April 4, 2026, at Shamrock Park in Venice, FL 34293. The event includes the following distances:

Course and race information
The start is located on the path behind the park Nature Center. The courses are a mix of concrete and asphalt. Bathrooms are available in the Nature Center. The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back route; the 5K completes the out-and-back once and the 10K twice. The half marathon uses an out-and-back route repeated four times. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
All participants must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. The event offers finisher medals and has a shirt and gear shop, a best costume category, series points, and awards.
