Event
The New Year race is scheduled for January 10, 2026, at Whitehall Park in Richmond, KY 40475, USA. The event includes three distance options:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration.
Course and logistics
The 5K and 10K use the same out-and-back segment. The basic segment is listed as 0.78 miles; the out-and-back measures 1.56 miles. The 5K completes that out-and-back two times and the 10K completes it four times. The half marathon uses a different out-and-back segment listed as 1.09 miles; the out-and-back measures 2.18 miles and is repeated six times for the half marathon distance. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race starts.
