The Medal Madness event is set for March 14, 2026, at Whitehall Park in Richmond, KY 40475. The event offers timed road races with a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes. All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race start.

The 5K and 10K use the same out-and-back course segment listed as 0.78 miles, producing a full out-and-back of 1.56 miles. The 5K repeats that out-and-back segment twice, and the 10K repeats it four times. The Half Marathon uses a different out-and-back segment listed as 1.09 miles, producing a full out-and-back of 2.18 miles, repeated six times for the full distance.
