Harvest Run for Sustainability

Harvest Run for Sustainability is a community 5K held in Burlington, Vermont’s Intervale, near 180 Intervale Rd. Now in its 14th year, the event invites runners of all ages for a farm-field course described as a romp through farm fields and dirt roads to benefit place-based learning at the Sustainability Academy. The day also features a 5K relay option, a 1- or 2-mile fun run, and a free 400-meter kids’ fun run, plus live music, snacks, and family-friendly activities.

Proceeds support SA's place-based education; top finishers and Sustainability Academy participants receive small prizes. Spectators and kids' activities create a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
