Event
The Jingle Bell LEAP 5K takes place on Saturday, December 13, 2025 in Durham, NC (27701). The event is an out-and-back 5K run/walk that begins at mile 0 of the American Tobacco Trail at Morehead Ave and Blackwell St. The event supports the Latino Educational Achievement Partnership, which provides bilingual pre-K education and tutoring for elementary and middle school students.

Logistics
Entry fees listed on the event page are $35 for the 5K run or walk, $25 for the virtual 5K, and $20 for the youth 5K. The price for the main 5K increases after December 11, 2025; registration for the virtual and youth events closes on December 13, 2025. Pre-race packet pickup is available at the LEAP School on Friday, Dec. 12. Street parking is available on Blackwell St. and in the lots off Jackie Robinson Blvd (next to Mellow Mushroom). There is a water station on course, and bagels and bananas are provided at the start and finish. Additional race information is available from the event organizers.
