The Jingle Bell Run Powered by Gazelle Sports takes place on Saturday, November 22, 2025, in downtown Grand Rapids at Rosa Parks Circle, 135 Monroe Center St NW. The event is a free 3-mile run/walk held as part of the Grand Rapids tree lighting and parade activities. There is no cost, no official timing, no course marshals and no participant swag. Post-run refreshments are provided at Gazelle Sports Downtown. Participants are encouraged to wear festive, bright and warm holiday attire; lights and jingle bells are suggested. The organizer notes potential ice or snow and asks participants to be courteous to other pedestrians.
Course and logistics
The meeting point is at the north end of Rosa Parks Circle. The route runs on sidewalks and paths; no roads will be closed and participants must obey intersection crossing rules. The course finishes at Gazelle Sports Downtown. An out-and-back portion along Monroe allows runners or walkers to turn around early for a shorter route. There will be no course markings or marshals for this free event; participants may follow a published Strava route or use live GPS if needed.
