About the race
The Junior Woman's Club of Mequon-Thiensville Turkey Trot is a Thanksgiving Day event held in Thiensville, Wisconsin. The 2025 edition features a chip-timed in-person 5K run/walk starting at 250 Elm Street, with medals awarded to participants. For those unable to attend, a virtual 5K run/walk option is also available, allowing runners to submit their own times.
Registrants receive a short sleeve Turkey Trot t-shirt, with an option to upgrade to a long sleeve for an additional fee. Packet pickup occurs at Village Park in Thiensville the day before and the morning of the race. The course map is accessible online, and the event supports local beneficiaries announced annually.
