Kanawha Trace Trail Run

The Kanawha Trace Trail Run, taking place on May 3, 2025, offers a scenic running experience through three West Virginia counties: Putnam, Mason, and Cabell. Participants can choose from three distances: 50K, 25K, and 10K, with the race starting in Fraziers Bottom and finishing at Camp Arrowhead in Ona. The course features a mix of single track trails, ridges, bridges, and natural landscapes, including creeks and a waterfall.
