Krampuslauf - Lyme, NH (December 6, 2025)
Krampuslauf is a running event held at the Dartmouth Skiway in Lyme, New Hampshire, with the start area at the ski lodge near 39 Grafton Turnpike Rd. The event offers these distances:
- 10K
- 9-hour event
- 5K

Course format and race rules
The course begins at the base of the mountain by the ski lodge. The 5K uses Holt's side of the mountain. The 10K completes both Holt’s and Winslow sides and finishes past the lodge. The 9-hour event consists of repeated 10K laps; participants complete as many full 10K laps as possible within the event time window. Each runner receives a 10K medal after the first completed lap. Additional laps earn Race Mozey pins on the medal lanyard. After five laps (50K) a runner is upgraded to a 50K medal and may continue to collect pins for further laps.
Laps are tracked at a pit area where participants mark time in and out. A lap does not count until the runner crosses the finish line. The door to the lodge is about 100 yards from the finish; participants may enter the lodge area to warm up and access a drop bag/bin area. Ties in lap count are decided by total time.
