Lafayette Ostomy 5K

The 1st Annual Lafayette, LA Ostomy 5K takes place at Moncus Park in Lafayette. The event includes a 5K Fun Run/Walk, an Ostomate option, a Kids’ Fun Run, and a volunteer track, all aimed at World Ostomy Day. It’s a family‑friendly day with local vendors, food, and live music, with proceeds benefiting the United Ostomy Associations of America (UOAA).

Race-day goodies include a timing‑chip bib, a unisex T‑shirt, and swag bags; an optional ostomy pouch is provided by sponsors to raise awareness.
