Land and Lakes Relay

The Land and Lakes Relay is an annual team running event held in North Carolina, starting at Warren Wilson College in East Asheville and finishing at Fonta Flora Brewery-Whippoorwhill Farm in Nebo near Lake James. The relay covers a scenic course passing through Swannanoa, Black Mountain, Old Fort, and Marion, with legs ranging from 2.7 to 8.7 miles. Teams of four or six runners each complete multiple legs, totaling distances between approximately 12.6 and 17.7 miles per runner.
