The Lemonade Dash Houston is the 6th annual running event and the first race in the Summer Dash Series, which also includes the Popsicle Dash and Watermelon Dash. The event offers in-person and virtual options. Distances offered include:
- 5K
- 10K
- Kids/Family 1K
- Virtual 5K
- Virtual 10K
The 10K is run as two loops and the 5K as one loop. The Kids/Family 1K is described as a 0.62 mile walk.
Location, packet pick-up and awards
The event is based at Karbach Brewing Co., 2032 Karbach Street, Houston, TX 77092. Packet pick-up is scheduled at Sun & Ski Sports, 6100 Westheimer Rd; a Race Day Packet Pick-Up option is available for a stated fee of $15. Parking at Karbach Brewing Co. is free.
Awards include Top 3 overall male and female, Top 3 masters overall male and female, and 1st place age group winners in 10-year divisions. Age group awards must be claimed on Race Day at the awards tent. Unclaimed awards can be shipped at the participant's expense for $9.95.
