About the race
Lion Trot 5K and 8K is a community running event organized by the Saraland Lions Club, held at Amelia Park in Saraland, Alabama (716 Mae St, 36571). It features a certified 5K course (AL22034JE and an 8K route through Saraland neighborhoods). The courses are fairly flat with some gentle inclines, and water is provided along the route.
