The 24 Hour Lions Roar
The 24 Hour Lions Roar is an ultrarunning event held at Gans Creek Recreation Area in Columbia, Missouri, featuring 6, 12, and 24-hour races, including a 24 Hour Tag Team Championship. The race takes place on a 2.5-mile loop that incorporates the D1 NCAA Cross Country Championship Course, offering a runner-friendly yet challenging terrain. The event fosters a high-energy, supportive atmosphere where solo runners and teams compete and encourage each other.
