Course, aid and services
All distances follow a single loop that includes single-track trails alongside the Withlacoochee River and less-traveled forest routes. The course is marked with trail tape and occasional signs. For the 33.3 mile race there are five aid stations (two of which are encountered twice), two hydration-only stops, and allowance for two drop bags. The half marathon has two aid stations. The 6K has no on-course aid but finish-line refreshments are provided.
All finishers receive a finisher award and a vinyl record. Awards are given to the top three men and top three women in each distance. A post-race picnic is planned; participants may bring a chair. The event has no refund policy; registered runners may take a 75% rollover credit toward the following year if claimed within the stated deadline.
