Midnight Madness Run

The 36th Annual Midnight Madness Run takes place at Kiwanis Park Soccer Field Cross Country Course in Tempe, Arizona. This unique event features two 5K races: the final 5K of 2025 on December 31st and the first 5K of 2026 just after midnight on January 1st, with a New Year's celebration and sparkling cider toast in between. Participants can run one or both races, earning custom finisher medals that connect into a larger medal if both are completed.

The event offers chip timing, age group awards, and pre- and post-race snacks. Packet pickup is available locally, and a virtual option allows remote participation with mailed medals and shirts. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
