Mike Sterling 10k/5k

The 46th Mike Sterling 10k/5k is set to take place in Crisfield, MD, during the annual National Hard Crab Derby. This event features a 10k run, a 5k run, and a 10k ruck, all starting and finishing at the Crisfield City Dock. Participants will enjoy a scenic, flat course that winds through the city and along the waterfront.

Water stations will be available along the route. Registration prices increase as the event date approaches, and those who register by a certain date are guaranteed a t-shirt.
