Miles for Migraine - San Francisco

Miles for Migraine - San Francisco is an annual fundraising event held at the Music Concourse Bandshell in Golden Gate Park. The 2025 event features a 2-mile untimed walk, a professionally timed 5K run, and a relaxation area for participants who prefer non-strenuous activities like yoga, meditation, and socializing.
