About the race
Monster Mash 5K at Bold Rock Cidery in Nellysford, VA (1020 Rockfish Valley Hwy) is a Halloween-themed 5K for runners and walkers. The out-and-back course is easy and flat, mostly pavement with some gravel and grass, and is walker- and Fido-friendly with all-terrain strollers welcome, offering views in every direction. Participants can form teams to compete for biggest team and best costume, with a post-race party and awards ceremony.
Each runner receives a performance tee, chip timing, a commemorative finisher glass, plus a Bold Rock Hard Cider pint (sparkling cider for under 21). Awards cover overall, age groups, and team prizes. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
