Inside Trail - No Hands Trail Run

Inside Trail's No Hands Trail Run is held at American River Overlook Park in Auburn, CA. The event offers 8K, Heavy Half, 35K, and 50K distances. Runners traverse dirt trails on the historic Western States route, out to No Hands Bridge, then tackle steep climbs such as the K2 training hill and the Overlook Hill before finishing on a flat stretch.

The 50K adds a Wendell T. Robie Trail extension into the Auburn State Recreation Area. Cupless aid stations, a menu of gels, snacks, and drinks, a 400-runner cap, and chip timing.
