North Shore Turkey Trot 5K : November 27, 2025
The North Shore Turkey Trot 5K is scheduled for Thanksgiving Day, November 27, 2025, at the North Shore Community Youth Organization, 200 Glen Head Rd, Glen Head, NY 11545. Runners, joggers, and walkers are welcome. Proceeds support the North Shore Community Youth Organization.

Registration uses tiered pricing with increases on October 26 and November 24. Pre-registered participants receive a race commemorative gift; day-of entries receive a gift while supplies last. The event offers post-race refreshments and music. Awards include top 1 male and female overall, top 3 male and female in age groups (14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+), and ribbons for all kids run participants. Registrants can receive a personalized race number if they register three weeks in advance; a bib lookup option is available for those who do not know their bib number.
