The Never Stop Running Foundation 50/50 Turkey Trot is a trail 5K held on November 30, 2025 at Belmont Lake State Park in West Babylon, New York. The event is organized as a run/walk on park trails. A portion of event proceeds benefits the Never Stop Running Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The event features a raffle in which 50% of net proceeds are distributed to a few participants; winners must be present to claim raffle prizes. There are no physical awards or swag items.

Registration options list a base 5K entry and add-on services, including mailed bib delivery for an extra fee if requested in advance. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Online recognition of standings will be posted and sent by text or email, including overall and age-group top placements by gender categories and an open non-binary category.
On-site amenities include informal bag check, bathrooms within a few minutes walk of the start and finish, hydration at the finish line, and refreshments provided by event partners. Live online, email, and text results are available, and same-day finish-line photos and free video are offered. Participants are asked to wear bibs visibly on the mid-torso for accurate timing reads; mailed bibs are available for late registrants.
