Operation Ruck the Bayou

Operation Ruck the Bayou is an inaugural running event scheduled for May 17, 2025, at Saint Arnold Brewing Company in Houston, TX. This event supports The Joshua Chamberlain Society, a charity dedicated to providing long-term assistance to veterans with permanent combat injuries and the families of fallen service members. Participants can choose from various distances, including a 5K, 10K, and a 1-mile mini-ruck, with options for rucking (walking or running with a weighted backpack).
