Peralta Pumpkin Pursuit

Peralta Pumpkin Pursuit is a community 5K Run/Walk and a Kids’ 1-Mile Run held at Merritt College in Oakland, CA. The 5K course is extremely scenic around the campus with views of the Bay Area; the 1-Mile is an out-and-back for ages 12 and under. The event supports student programs across four Peralta Colleges (Berkeley City, College of Alameda, Laney, and Merritt) and is hosted by the Peralta Colleges Foundation.

Registration includes a custom T-shirt, finisher medal, two non-alcoholic drink tickets, access to food trucks, and kids activities. In-person awards go to the top-3; kids’ run finishers receive medals; virtual 5K has no awards. Parking Lot B is available.
