We Run Bayview 5K

WE RUN BAYVIEW 5K is a free community event at Candlestick Point State Recreation Area in San Francisco. The untimed 5K Fun Run uses a mixed-surface course—trail, paved, and gravel—welcoming runners of all levels. Proceeds support Transitional Age Youth with opportunities in education, career development, mental health, and housing.

The event also honors Candlestick Point’s history and the community leadership of Claude Everhart, celebrating the site’s transformation into CPSRA. This inaugural WRB 5K from YCD emphasizes health, empowerment, and neighborhood pride, inviting participants to join a stride toward a stronger, more vibrant community.
