About the race
The Donut Fun Run 2025 is the third annual, family-friendly 5k race held on Alameda’s Seaplane Lagoon Promenade in Alameda, California. The scenic out-and-back course takes runners past the USS Hornet with views of San Francisco, before returning to the Start for a Finish Line Festival. The event blends a race with a festival atmosphere, featuring a variety of food and craft vendors, live entertainment, and the well-known Donut Eating Contest open to participants.
