Peyton's Promise 5K Run for CDH Research takes place on Saturday, June 6, 2026 in Sea Isle City, NJ. The event is held on John F. Kennedy Blvd on the promenade, with the 5K turnaround point at 6813 Pleasure Ave. Distances offered:

The event includes check-in and event day registration in the morning, a national anthem, the run followed immediately by the walk, and an after party with an award ceremony at Paddy's Green.
Registration, fees, awards and charity
Pre-registration fees are listed as $30 for adults, $15 for children ages 5-12, and free for children under 5. Prices increase after April 30, 2026; the site lists a May 1, 2026 rate of $35 for adults and $20 for ages 5-12. Race day registration is $40. T-shirts are available while supplies last.
Awards are given to the top two overall male and female finishers. Prizes are also awarded to the top two male and female finishers in these age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+. Overall winners are based on gun time; age group awards are based on chip time. All proceeds are donated to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
