Pottstown Patriotic 5K
The Pottstown Patriotic 5K is a festive running event held annually on July 4th in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Celebrating its 39th edition in 2025, the race offers a classic 5K course starting at the corner of Beech and Grant Streets near the Ricketts Center. Runners follow a route through Keim Street and High Street, looping back to the starting area.
Participants are encouraged to wear red, white, and blue to embrace the patriotic spirit. The event supports the Pottstown Parks and Recreation Department through registration fees and donations. Quality race-themed T-shirts are provided, and awards are given across multiple age groups and overall winners.
