Rock Hawk Trail Races take place Saturday, August 29, 2026, at Philip S. Miller Park in Castle Rock, Colorado (1375 W Plum Creek Pkwy). Course profile and aid

• The 50K has about 3,325 feet total elevation gain; the 25K about 1,667 feet; the 10K about 744 feet; the 5K about 342 feet. Maximum elevations listed are around 6,600 feet.
• There are two cup-free aid stations on course that runners will pass multiple times depending on distance. Aid stations provide water, an electrolyte drink (Tailwind), sweet and salty snacks, and fruit.
• Runners may leave a weather-sealed drop bag at the start/finish area.

Logistics

• Bib pickup is available Friday, August 28 (5:00 PM - 7:00 PM) and race morning (5:00 AM - 8:00 AM) at Philip S. Miller Park.
• Crew and pacer access is subject to permit rules and varies by distance. Live tracking with split points is available during the event.
