The Run to the Taproom - Mully's Brewery Father's Day 5K takes place on Sunday, June 21, 2026, in Prince Frederick, MD at Mully's Brewery (141 Schooner Lane). The race is organized by Good Day for a Run, LLC and includes the following distances:
- 5K Run/Walk
- 1 Mile Kids Run
The 5K is chip-timed and the course is on mostly flat roads. Walkers and participants of all ages and paces are welcome. The 1 Mile Kids Run is not timed and is designed for ages 14 and under; kids receive a finisher medal and a root beer.
Logistics and awards
On-course support includes a water station and course marshals. At the finish there is water and a snack. All 5K participants receive a custom race shirt, a pint glass, and a ticket for one craft beer; participants under 21 receive a finisher medal and root beer instead of a beer ticket. Awards will be presented to overall and age group winners, male and female, three deep; age groups include 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, then every 10 years. Additional event notes: shirts may not be guaranteed after June 14, free photos and parking are provided, the race is rain or shine, and there are no refunds or deferrals. Charity partner is Patuxent Habitat for Humanity. Packet pick-up is available on race day at the Good Day for a Run tent at the brewery.
