Samson's Revenge

Samson's Revenge is a trail running event held at the YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park, Colorado, honoring Samson, the famous elk of the Rockies. The race offers three distances: 10K, 27K, and 55K, featuring fast single-track trails with significant elevation gain, including a challenging ascent of Bible Point. The course loops vary, with the 10K loop gaining 1,200 feet, and longer distances involving multiple loops on flowing single track and packed dirt.

Runners compete for the King of the Mountain title on the Bible Point climb, with unique local prizes. Participants receive a custom Fractel hat, wool finisher socks, and access to aid stations stocked with water, electrolytes, and snacks.
