About the race
Shamrock Shuffle in Lawrence is the annual event featuring a 5K and a 10K, starting and ending at Johnny’s Tavern, 401 N Second Street. The course winds from North Lawrence along the river levee through the historic Pinkney and North Lawrence neighborhoods, with aid stations about every 1.5 to 2 miles and an Irish breakfast provided by Johnny’s North after the race. It’s one of the area’s few 10K races and offers live or virtual formats.
Registration includes a commemorative shirt and a participation medal, with awards for top finishers in each age group, plus Masters and Super Masters. Proceeds benefit local Lawrence children’s charities. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
