Sheldon Shuffle 5K

The Sheldon Shuffle 5K presented by Nemours takes place in Newark, Delaware, at Glasgow Park (2275 Pulaski Highway). The 5K Run/Walk benefits Exceptional Care for Children, Delaware’s first and only pediatric skilled nursing facility, with funds supporting therapy, education, music, art, play, and more beyond medical basics. Expect a morning of fitness, fun, and community pride as participants move to support kids who can’t run.
