Applied Materials Silicon Valley Turkey Trot is San Jose, California's signature Thanksgiving Day race, produced by the Silicon Valley Leadership Group Foundation. It bills itself as America's largest Thanksgiving Day race, with in-person events including a flat 5K Run/Walk, a 10K Run, and a Kids Fun Run for ages 2-7, plus virtual options. The course weaves through downtown San Jose neighborhoods and local businesses, starting at W Santa Clara Street at N First Street.
