The St. Peter Turkey Trot is the 14th annual running event organized by St Peter Lutheran School and Dig Deep Race Events in Hemlock, MI. The event date is November 1, 2025. The races are USATF sanctioned. Proceeds benefit St Peter Lutheran School, a 501(c)(3) organization. Sponsors named by the organizer include Jacques Orchard, Hemlock SemiConductor, ATS Printing, Swanhaven Manor, Fullerton Tool Company and Endurance Carbide.

Course, registration and awards
Both events begin and end on the school track at St Peter Lutheran School, 2440 North Raucholz Road, Hemlock, MI. The courses are out-and-back on flat country roads that are mostly paved; the 10K includes a stretch of hard-packed gravel. Packet pickup and late registration are at St Peter Lutheran School and Church on race day from 7:00 to 8:45 AM. Online registration closes Friday, October 31st at noon; on-site registration after that incurs a $5 processing fee. Guaranteed shirt sizes require registration by October 24th; shirts are offered in unisex, ladies cut, and youth sizes.
Awards include turkeys for overall 1st place male and female in the 5K and 10K, apple pies for top youth 13 and under, plaques and discounted or free entries for top finishers, and age-group first place awards across standard age brackets.
