About the race
2025 Stroll on State Dasher Dash 5K is a holiday-themed run/walk in downtown Rockford, Illinois. The certified loop starts and finishes near Beattie Park (near 100 Park Avenue) and crosses four bridges, tracing a festive route along the Rock River and East State Street. Part of the Stroll on State festival, the event features a costume contest, a holiday-themed shirt, and award-winning finisher and age-group medals, including a snow globe medal.
No inline skates or dogs are allowed, and strollers are welcome from the rear, making it a family-friendly celebration of the season with festive music and lights. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
