Summit Rock : Saratoga, CA
Summit Rock is a trail running event held at Sanborn Regional Park in the Santa Cruz Mountains near Saratoga, California (16055 Sanborn Rd). The event offers three distance options:
- Half marathon
- 10K
- 5K
The half marathon is part of the Brazen Ultra Half Series. A "Hiker Division" is available for half marathon participants who expect to take more than 3.5 hours. A Remote Runner entry option is also listed.
Course, timing and services
All courses run on single-track trails through redwood and pine groves and include uphill sections that reach park peaks with views. Runners and walkers are welcome; organizers note that walking hills is permitted. All finishers receive custom finisher medals. Races are professionally timed using electronic chip timing.
