Sunken City Spiked Apple 5k

The Sunken City Spiked Apple 5k is a timed run/walk event held at Sunken City Cider in Gilboa, New York. Scheduled for August 16, 2025, the race offers a scenic cross-country style course featuring two laps around a beautiful farm on the banks of the Schoharie Creek, with picturesque mountain views and some inclines and uneven terrain suitable for runners and walkers. Participants receive a soft cotton t-shirt, a shatterproof cider glass, a finisher medal that doubles as a bottle opener, a homemade cider donut, and a pour of hard cider.
