The Sloth Run 5K/10K/13.1 in Phoenix takes place on June 20, 2026, at G.R. Herberger Park on East Indian School Road. The event uses small, capped waves and is organized as a group run with coordinators on site. Participants may run or walk; those under 18 must be with a guardian. A virtual run option is available that lets participants complete the distance from any location and submit results to receive event items.
Timing is optional. No timing chips are used. Participants may track their time with personal apps and have results posted online or request coordinator assistance for timekeeping.
