Broken Arrow Skyrace
The Broken Arrow Skyrace, held at Palisades Tahoe near Lake Tahoe, California, is a premier four-day skyrunning event featuring nine challenging mountain races. Scheduled for June 19-22, 2025, it offers distances from a kids' race to a grueling 46K ultra, including the Vertical Kilometer Ascent, 11K, 18K, 23K, Iron Face Challenge, and multi-race series like the Triple Crown and Iron Crown. The courses traverse high-alpine terrain mostly above the tree line, with steep climbs, off-trail scrambling, exposure, ladders, and snow slopes, providing spectacular views of Lake Tahoe.
