The Conquer - Dawsonville, GA

The Conquer in Dawsonville, GA, is a challenging backyard ultra trail running event held at Amicalola Falls State Park. Runners tackle a rugged 4.1-mile loop with 1,065 feet of elevation gain, starting at the top of the falls and descending via the East Ridge and Mountain Laurel trails before climbing back up the Appalachian Trail Approach with 605 steps. Each hour, participants must complete the loop within 60 minutes, continuing until only one runner remains.

Unique to this race, each runner carries a $100 bill throughout, which is forfeited upon dropping out and awarded to the last person standing.
