The FRED Running Relays - 200 Mile

The FRED Running Relays in Rockford, Michigan, is a popular team relay event featuring distances of 25, 50, 100, and 200 miles. The 200-mile relay, the longest, consists of 36 legs around Lake Cadillac and Belmont, with teams of 6, 9, or 12 runners alternating between two vehicles for rest and support. The course is fully paved, thanks to the West Michigan Trails Organization, which also benefits from event proceeds.
