The Gobbler Half Marathon, 10K & 5K takes place on Sunday, November 23, 2025 in Lexington, Kentucky at Mereworth Farm (719 Dolan Lane, Lexington, KY 40511). The event offers the following distances:

The race is the 10th annual edition. Finisher medals are awarded for the three in-person races and commemorative long-sleeved performance shirts are available while supplies last. Overall and age-group awards are given in five-year divisions. The event names New Vocations Racehorse Adoption as its charitable beneficiary.
Course and logistics
The half marathon is a two out-and-back route that is 98% on paved roads; the first 0.2 miles and the last 0.1 miles are on gravel at the farm. There are 10 hydration stations along the 13.1 mile course serving water and SWORD Performance Hydration in small 5 oz. cups. The start and finish are at the same location on Mereworth Farm. A 15 minute per mile pace limit (3:15 total) applies to the half marathon. Dogs are not allowed on course. Packet pickup is offered on November 20, 21, and 22 at specified locations, with limited race day pickup at Mereworth Farm. Volunteer shifts generally run from 6:30am to 12:00pm on race day.
