The Great Turkey Chase 5K
The Great Turkey Chase 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run is an annual community event hosted by the Horace Mann PTA in Washington, DC. Now in its fifth year, the race offers a 5K run and a 1-mile fun run, with special categories for students, faculty, and staff. The event fosters community spirit by bringing together families, teachers, and neighbors to support the school.

The course runs through neighborhood sidewalks starting from the Mann parking lot, emphasizing safety as it is not a closed course.
